I had made changes as the website indicated, only to see no results. After your support tech suggested that I had NOT made the changes, I had him make the changes. Each time the issue is reported as “solved”. IT ISN’T SOLVED UNTIL THE CUSTOMER SAYS SO. And calling me a liar is not a solution either, even if it is not that direct. If these notices keep coming I will send them back in volleys as I have done this time. I was getting two copies each time, so there may still be a copy coming? I will be very unhappy if I have to change my e-mail address. Either way, I will demand to be removed from your database or become an active campaigner against your firm, armed with copies of all these futile e-mails.
